We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for an HMK Tools license. It applies to the HMK Tools add-ins for Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D (the “Software”) purchased through our website (hmktools.com).
1. Try before you buy
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full access to all tools — no payment and no card required. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm HMK Tools works for you and with your Autodesk apps and versions before you buy.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a license and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We will refund the amount you paid and deactivate the associated license key(s). This applies to first-time license purchases.
3. Renewals
Licenses are billed annually. We send a reminder before each renewal so you can decide whether to continue. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and, provided the renewed license has not been actively used, we will issue a refund and cancel it.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@hmktools.com from the address associated with your order, including your license key or the payment receipt. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
5. Who processes your payment and refund
Our payments are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When a refund is approved, it is processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days for the funds to appear. Paddle’s buyer terms may also apply to your purchase.
6. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, sharing or reselling license keys, or violations of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory refund or consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
